Who are the resources designed to support?
Participants, families, support workers, educators and service teams who value visual, practical and repeated learning. Choose resources around the person's goals, communication and support needs, rather than a diagnosis.
What is the difference between a suite and a program?
A Visual Support Suite is a collection of topic-based visual learning tools. A Program Delivery Pack adds structured facilitator guidance, a 12-week delivery plan and practical activities. Final product pages will specify exactly what is included when the shop opens.
Which licence do I need?
Visual Support Suites have Personal & Family, Professional and Service/Site options, with a quote for multi-site use. Program Delivery Packs use Named Facilitator, Single Service/Site and Multi-Site Organisation licences. Contact Tyneside to discuss the licence for your setting. Online sales are not open yet.
Are these accredited training courses?
No. The Visual Support Suites and Program Delivery Packs shown here are educational supports. They do not provide a qualification, Statement of Attainment or clinical advice, and they do not replace accredited first aid training.
Can learning be tailored to a person or team?
The approach starts with the person's strengths, goals and preferences. Contact Tyneside to discuss the setting, communication needs and kind of learning support you are exploring.
